CHEM 7701 (1) - Seminar: Enzyme Mechanisms and Kinetics
Studies experimental approaches to understand the mechanisms of enzymic catalysis. Techniques include steady-state and pre-steady-state kinetics, isotope trapping and partitioning, inhibition by substrate analogues, and covalent modification of proteins. May be repeated up to 6 total credit hours.
