We are proud to announce our Graduation Celebration & Ceremony to honor our graduates and recognize their achievements!
- When: Thursday, May 9th 2013, 2PM-5PM
- Where: Millennium Harvest House Outdoor Pavilion
Location: The Millennium Harvest House is located at 1345 28th Street, Boulder, Colorado 80302. It is near the intersection of 28th Street and Arapahoe Avenue.
Parking: The Millennium Harvest House provides free parking.
Schedule:
- Arrival/Check-in and Reception from 2:00pm-3:00pm
- Ceremony 3:00pm-4:20 pm (will begin promptly)
- Photos & Mingling 4:20pm-5:00 pm
- Food and Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided throughout the event beginning at 2:00pm
Attire: While it is not required, we strongly encourage you to wear your Gown and Cap (or Hood) to the reception and ceremony if you have one. More information about acquiring your cap/gown etc is available online at http://commencement.colorado.edu/students/caps-gowns. Attire for your guests should be comfortable, but we do anticipate most attendees will be dressed up or in business attire.
Registration: Please check-in at the Registration Table upon your arrival so we know you are there. You will also be asked to review/complete a name card that will be used during the ceremony.
No outside food or beverages are permitted in The Millennium Harvest House so please leave the Starbucks in the car (we will have our own coffee among other great things served at the event). Floral petals, confetti, and glitter are also prohibited.
Please DO feel free to bring a camera to capture special moments with classmates and family. While we will have someone there taking photos for the department, we wouldn't want you to miss a thing!
All photos taken by our department photographer will be available on our website free of charge beginning the week following our ceremony.
