We are proud to announce our Graduation Celebration & Ceremony to honor our graduates and recognize their achievements!
- When: Thursday, December 19, 10:45 - 1:30PM
- Where: University Memorial Center room 235
Location: The University Memorial Center is off of Euclid and Broadway. The physical address is: 1669 Euclid Ave, Boulder
Parking: Parking is available in the Euclid Autopark. Please note that the University does not offer free parking. Additionally please be aware of parking information in parking lots off campus - many of these will tow or charge for parking as well.
- Arrival/Check-in and Reception from 10:45 am-11:30 am
- Ceremony 11:30 am-12:30 pm (will begin promptly)
- Photos & Mingling 12:30 pm-1:30 pm
- Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided throughout the event beginning at 11:30 am
Attire: While it is not required, we strongly encourage you to wear your Gown and Cap and Hood if you are earning a Ph.D. degree to the reception and ceremony. More information about acquiring your cap/gown is available online at http://www.cubookstore.com/t-cap-gown-info.aspx. Attire for your guests should be comfortable, but we do anticipate most attendees will be dressed up or in business attire.
Registration: Please check-in at the Registration Table upon your arrival so we know you are here. You will also be asked to review/complete a name card that will be used during the ceremony. Please note that floral petals, confetti, glitter and related items are prohibited.Please DO feel free to bring a camera to capture special moments with classmates and family. While we will have photographer, we wouldn't want you to miss a thing! All photos taken by our department photographer will be available on our website free of charge beginning the week following our ceremony.
